• print placement and minor manufacturing differences may occur
• Product images may be illustrative

Minor differences do not constitute a defect.

5. Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Products

Many MAKCITY LIMITED Products are produced using a made-to-order / print-on-demand model.

This means:

• Products are typically manufactured after your Order is placed
• production begins once payment is confirmed
• Products may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations depending on your delivery destination
• cancellations and returns may be restricted once production begins

This model supports responsible production and reduces unnecessary waste.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase Products from MAKCITY LIMITED.

A Contract is formed only when:

• we accept your Order, and
• payment has been successfully processed

You will usually receive an Order Confirmation by email.

7. Order Refusal or Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an Order where:

• the Product is unavailable
• there is an error in pricing or Product information
• we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
• we cannot deliver to the address provided
• your Order breaches these Terms of Sale

If we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

International Orders

Delivery Address

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate.

If an Order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping costs may apply.

Split Shipments

C. REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how MAKCITY LIMITED handles returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and delivery issues for Products purchased through the MAKCITY LIMITED Platform.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale.

1. Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Products

Many MAKCITY LIMITED Products are produced using a made-to-order / print-on-demand model.

This means Products are created after you place an Order and payment is confirmed.

Because of this, MAKCITY LIMITED generally does not accept returns for:

• change of mind
• ordering the wrong size
• preference-based reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it”)

Unless MAKCITY LIMITED states otherwise at the point of purchase.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

We will offer a replacement or refund where the Product:

• arrives damaged
• is faulty
• has a manufacturing defect
• has a printing defect
• is not the Product you ordered

Examples include:

5. Outcomes

Where your request is approved, MAKCITY LIMITED may provide:

• a partial refund (where appropriate)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

If your Order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at hello@makcity.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment and courier partners.

9. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 Business Days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• handling fees

These charges are outside MAKCITY LIMITED’s control and are not refundable by MAKCITY LIMITED.
